Brainstorm question - What are the pathways and barriers to extending aspects of the MIT educational experience to learners around the world?

Pathways:
Create ways for people to come to gather together around the world, physical spaces for local recitation groups
Tiers – create various levels of participation
Video requires resolving equipment and language issues
How do you create community?
Encourage broader use of the platform for prerequisites
Need to enhance the tools to address the dropout rate
Create cohorts for people with less time
Modular approaches
